I have been immersed in the holistic and vibrational healing fields for over 30 years and continue to be transformed and marveled by it. I have been trained as a reiki master teacher in three lineages, advanced psych k facilitation, the reconnection, spiritual, empowerment, intuitive, reactivation and transformation coaching as well as advanced facilitation work with bridging essence and alchemical meditation. I am an artist. Specifically an abstract painter and a published writer who loves collaboration and co creating within the mystery. I work with moon energies and have held many circles and sacred space. I read the tarot regularly, use crystals, anoint with holy oils, use flower essences and allow my essence to move me. I believe in sacred practice and meditate everyday. My work is really about bridging our humanity and our divinity, giving ourselves permission to explore who we really are and live it out in the world through all we do and share.
